I had a post all planned for this morning until I found about this website and wanted to share it with you.
So, you know when you find something out and you just can’t believe that at no point did someone tell you about it?
Like the world just passed you by, like a ships passing in the night.
Catawba 365
is that for me.
I had no idea.
Why am I sharing this with you? Well, because it gets me off of Facebook for one thing.
Anytime, I can NOT go on Meta is a plus.
Yeah, I personally make money managing Facebook accounts and building successful campaigns for them but, the one thing I wish I didn’t have to go on meta for is…
Events.
Concerts around our town from the Newton Performance center, Hickory Premier, our community theatre, LR shows and all the way to local religious events can be found here.
Directories for artist profiles, venue directories, and public arts displays can also be found on this site.
I had no earthly idea this was here and I’ve been here for 3 years (already).
I feel the creators - the artists, writers, videographers, painters, fortheloveofthegamers - in our area need to not be cannibalizing each other but instead working together.
To create. To grow. We need places where creators can easily view the happenings of all the wonderful arts in Hickory and its surrounding areas. Because we got a lot of great stuff in our area.
Catawba 365 is going into my algorithm and maybe it goes in yours too.
